Degelman Industries

A 35,000 square foot facility is no simple job. From simplicity of a shop and production space design to a zoned office-layout, this geothermal HVAC system covers everything from floor heat to overhead forced-air quick recovery and the comfort of air conditioning throughout the entire facility. We utilized an off-peak electrical rate to help cut down on operating costs, and installed gas back-up for added peace of mind in case of winter power outages.

Agriculture Shops

Agricultural shops are the heart and soul of every farming operation, no matter the size. Today's shops are a big investment, and our geothermal systems provide ultimate control and reliability. By keeping your shop doors closed, heating and air conditioning these facilities provides a much cleaner environment both to work in and maintain. The systems we install are typically a combination of floor heat and forced air, delivering unmatched comfort accompanied by very affordable heating and cooling costs.

Mechanical Room

We combine geothermal units utilizing both water-to-air and water-to-water systems. And by using a back-up gas furnace for both off-peak use and emergency heat in power outages, you gain peace of mind and the best possible electric rate.

Other projects include:

  • The Goose River Banks at Hatton, Hillsboro and Mayville
  • The Farmers and Merchants Bank in Tolna
  • American Casing and Equipment in Williston

LOWER ENERGY BILLS

Efficiency equals savings, and geothermal heat pump systems substantially reduce operating costs, even when compared to the most efficient traditional systems. That means 60-70 percent savings over fossil fuels.

Geothermal heat pumps are designed for long life, assuring you savings for many years to come. Exclusive electronic controls provide worry-free operation. Each unit is backed by a 10-year limited warranty and underground pipe carries a 50-year limited warranty.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

Over 70 percent of the total energy used in a typical home is for heating, cooling and water heating. With a geothermal heat pump system, up to 80 percent of this energy comes free, directly from the earth.

WaterFurnace has a long history of bringing innovative products, accessories and components like communicating controls to the market.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Geothermal heat pumps are a reliable and proven technology that have been widely used for more than 30 years. Millions of geothermal heat pumps are in operation worldwide, keeping people comfortable in homes, schools, hospitals, military facilities and many other businesses. Geothermal heating and cooling is a more stable source of energy than fossil fuels, and yields better temperature control.

HOME SAFETY

Geothermal systems use no flame to heat your home, so dangerous carbon monoxide and gas leaks are eliminated. This added safety can contribute to lower insurance costs.

And with a noise-free operation, you'll have even more peace of mind. All WaterFurnace systems were designed and tested in a certified sound lab. They use double isolation compressor mounting techniques, which eliminate vibrations, and an acoustically lined cabinet to prevent noise from leaving the cabinet area.
